okay so i want to start my cut and im trying to lose around 10-15 lbs of pure fat just so i can get some tone into my muscles. Right now i am tracking my diet on Fitday.com and daily i try to be under 2200 calories...usually i get by around 2000 calories a day. I weight lift 6 days a week really hardcore, 1hr workouts... i then do 3 days a week i get on a bike or treadmill at the gym and i do a 15 minute vigorours piece... in addition to all of this i also have a trampoline in my backyard which really gets my heartbeat up and the sweat pouring out of me once i start jumping on it and doing flips and stuff...anyways whats a good calorie intake for me to lose about 10 lbs in 6 weeks? is there anything i can do so that i can steadily lose those 1-2lbs per week? im trying to slim down and then once i slim down i want to build up a lot of muscle so i look like im all muscle NO FAT... im 17 , five foot 7 inches and i weigh in at 176lbs. Too much training - cals may be too low. You're gonna lose all your muscle.

ooh sorry im new to the forums so cut me some slack... but i mean 2000 calories 2200 if i want to pig out is my daily intake.. sometimes i get too much fat in my diet i think idk.. someone help me out and help me set my diet.
