well my family isn't the healthest eaters in the world(not fat though) we order out almost every night because my parents both work long hours and neither have time to really cook...

so what is the easyiest cheapest way for my to buy my own food and pack on the pounds...

i was thinking maybe tuna? but is there anything else cheap and easy for LOTS of protein

BTW, i drink 6 servings of whey protein a day...(2 servings(40g protein) 3 times a day)

Try some tuna salad on toasted bread < thats really good.
Also, I would take advantage of the 10% discount going on right now with AtLarge Nutrition. Buy a jug of Nitrean, and take 2 scoops a day with milk. (88 grams of protien with 2 cups 2% milk) If thats hard to understand then here is basicly what I am saying:

2 cups of 2% milk + 1 scoop of Nitrean = 44 grams
^^Make 2 shakes every day^^

Also, when you are getting take out tell who ever is ordering to get you something with meat, and cut off all visible fat.

An inexpensive whey protein will beat out any whole food source in terms of grams of protein/$. Tuna comes close though.

Here is a place I order from sometimes:

www.allthewhey.com

If you order in bulk (25 lbs. at a time) the savings are even greater.

Just had my daily can of tuna, packed in water. Opened the can and dumped some Coleman's spicy English mustard on top. Yummy! 30 gs of protein and virtually no fat!

Milk, cottage cheese (although I don't eat it), and chicken in bulk (of coarse, you have to eat the hormonal stuff then)....

And although Whey can be cheap.. you usually get what you pay for.. think about Nitrean.. a very big bang for the buck..
