Hey whats going on? I finally got my laptop back so i guess im back in action. My training has taken kinda a weird turn. Ive gotten back into wrestling, been doing a lot of grappling. Dont know yet if i wanna get into competing but im definetly thinking about it. Ive been wrestling 2-3 times a week, doing drills,a lot of live wrestling ect. Also a lot of cardio, sprint intervals, calisthenics, and free weights 2-3 times a week. this last free weight workout was 2 days ago and it was as follows.
DB Clean and Presses ss/ DB Snatches
55'sx5 / 55sx8
55sx5 / 55sx8
55sx5 / 55sx8
Wt Dips ss/ wt neutral pullups
+90x5 / +45x8
+90x5 / +45x8
+90x5 / +45x8
DB Bench Press ss/ DB Rows
75x10 / 75x10
75x10 / 75x10
Definetly a lot different than my old style of training but im really enjoying it. Im currently 172 or 3 at about 8 percent. Well see how this goes.

You may have been away for a bit but at least the grass don't grow underneath you feet, staying active and lean.

yea obviously im gonna stay lean because of all the damn cardio im doing. ran 4 miles this morning, with work. i think i may roll up to the gym later tonite before i go out. still kinda contemplating what i wanna do. Am also considering upping my cals. Im eating less than 3 k currently, where at my biggest i was eating 6 k. i dont know yet. the only supp im taking is ets which ive taken for like 2 years almost.

hey went for a 2 mile run followed by some pullups, pushups and core work. plan on doing a fulll body session after work.

finished with a couple supersets of pylo pushups and decline med ball situps. Actually this went quick and was a really intense workout
Cool that you are continuing the cardio, running is nice as long you don't train like a long distance runner or else you'll look like one, lol...really good session man, can tell you were really into it.

Unsure? and you pick wrestling? ;) j/k man. You've got lots of potential so get those cals up and start putting on the muscle.
