hey guys, im 14 and heres my lifts..
Bodyweight 125
Bench 170
deadlift 225
squat 225
I have been eating healthy lately since i started working at my gym. Heres what i eat. I wake up and have a protein shake which contains half of a Carbo Force drink with 2 scoops of NitroWhey Protein and peanut butter with some ice. I eat this with some cereal. For lunch i will eat some chicken with milk. Then im off to work and i work for 2 hours then have the rest of my carbo force with 2 protein scoops and a turkey sandwhich. Then i workout and have another protein shake about 2 hours later. Is this an ok diet?? Seems like im having a lot of protein and carbs which is good right?? my lifts have been improving.

are you eating any veggies?

besides pb, what other fats do you include in your diet?

for vegetables i rarely eat any, just some salad once in a while..and some cucumbers about twice a week id say..for fats maybe once a week ill have ice cream

try to include more fibrous veggies in your diet,broccoli,green beans etc..

healthy fats: olive oil, egg yolks, natty pb, nuts, butter, avocados,fish oil

And you want a shake right after workout, not 2 hours later.

getfit and unreal covered it, and good work on the ice cream once a week :p dont forget to treat yourself.
