Before I began dieting 7-8 weeks ago I was 217. Maintained at about 3500.

I'm about 170 right now and I began my 'cutting' diet at about 2700 calories. My maintenance is probably around 2800 calories.

I'm 225 and I am currently cutting @ 2500-2600 calories. I bulk at about 4000-4200 calories.

I'm at 130pounds, with about 2100 maintenance, to cut I get about 1500-1600 cals.
