I was pretty lazy this past year, but I was around 175 lbs at 11% bodyfat. at the end of the school year. I fractured my left fibula at the bottom and tore my deltoid ligament on July 6th, I'm still in a walking cast, but I just got back into the gym today to start upperbody. I got on the scale for the first time this summer after the work out and I was very surprised to see 158.6 lbs. =| So... I have a long way to go, but I'm on creatine now and I'm really coming back HARD. Already got around 130 gs of Protein today and I've got a couple more snacks left. :-P I have been as high as 180 lbs before and I'm only 17 years old, just turned last Saturday. I'm thinking I might be able to reach 200 lbs by next summer, what do you guys think?

Left bicep: 13.5"
Right bicep: 13"
Right forearm: 12"
Left forearm: 11.2"
Left quad: 21"
Right quad: 22"
Hips: 39"
Waist: 31.9"
Left calf: 13.1"
Right calf: 14.2"
Chest: 39"

Height: 5'9.8"
Weight: 158.6 lbs.

Just thought I'd show ya my ankle. Doc says about 3 months until it's fully functioning. :( * Thumbs down * It's just the ligament that takes a while.

LoL, but hey, every girlfriend I've ever had has been bigger than you. ;) I'm not really satisfied with my size at the moment, but I'll be building it all back fast. You seem like you much have just started lifting, that's awesome though man, you'll gain really fast, just eat eat eat, and don't forget to lift. Progressive training. :)

LoL, but hey, every girlfriend I've ever had has been bigger than you. ;) I'm not really satisfied with my size at the moment, but I'll be building it all back fast. You seem like you much have just started lifting, that's awesome though man, you'll gain really fast, just eat eat eat, and don't forget to lift. Progressive training. :)

That's insane if you really don't jerk it, and you squat 405? That seems a little unbelievable. You looked much better at 170, get back up there and keep goin.

Hmm... What do forearms have to do with my squat? By the way, that is my personal best. Of course I can't squat 405 with my ankle like that. Plus I hadn't been in the gym all summer before this. I could probably do 10 or 12 reps of 315 if it weren't for my ankle though at the moment.

Hehe, that's a story. My brother took my toe nails clippers apart and my mom lost a piece, so she owes me some... Haha. But hey, they aren't that bad... :P

I don't think he was relating the two. It's just 405 is a huge squat with your frame and weight, and not jerking it is just crazy.

I'd be willing to bet you "squatted" that on one of those loadable squat machines.

If not man, congratulations! Squatting that kind of weight even at 180 is a big achievement.

Naw, it was freeweight, the only machine I ever use is pretty much just the lat pulldown one. I did 405 for one rep. Then like a week later I did 225 for 50 reps. Then I took a break, because I didn't really feel that was good for my 16 year old back. We'll see how is goes after I get this leg back in action. I miss doing legs.

First of all, you're either lying or you're a robot.

Second of all, I'm sorry but I don't believe any of your squat numbers. There's no way the guy in the pic you posted can squat 405 or 225 for 50 (!) reps. I would find either number hard to believe for any 16 year old, especially one your size. And just so you know, a squat where you don't go down to at least parallel, is for ****.

And finally, good luck with the ankle. As someone who has injured almost everything imagineable, I can definitely feel your pain. Injuries suck.

I did 50 reps for fun, because I felt that 225 was too light, but I felt that going higher than that was going to be bad for my back. After that I stopped doing squats for a while. It doesn't much matter to me if you guys believe me. I can make a video when my leg is better... Haha. ;)

I'm up 5 lbs in the first week :). 163.8 now. Well actually 6 days, but I'll be weighin' on Monday mornings from now on.

if 225 is so light and jus for fun like you claim, then why cant you bench 225 once?

LoL! Well, I don't think I'm even going to answer that buddy. How about this, what can you squat and why can't you bench that. They are two completely different exercises. I don't know why I would lie about something like that, but it really doesn't matter to me if you believe. Thanks Sidior.

I think what he was saying is that it's very rare that someone could squat 405 but only bench 195, even though they are two different lifts. Some people are just born with strong legs.

i dont think i am being a dick, no i dont belive ALL his lifts. and its a serious question. as for being a dick in some1's thread, read cra-zs posts in my last thread. 2 me thats proof enuff that he is imbelishing his squat.

The correct spelling is embellish. Why don't we just leave it, we already know you don't believe me. When I get my legs back in action I'll get a video and then you can believe it or not. I never called you a dick or anything. I don't know what you think I said in your thread that would make you think I'd lie about my squat. Unless it's me saying I was 180 with 11% bf. When I did the test I was actually more like 175, I had 22" quads, and a 40" chest. Around the same height I am now. If you'd like you can continue to post about how you don't believe me, but I'm just going to ignore it.
