so i was thinking of a new routine to lose weight...im a skinny kid, but i need to lose some loose fat in the stomach area.....my thought is breakfast-protein shake...lunch- v8 drink and healthy snack....dinner-rice and chicken
for my exercises, i wanna do 2 hours of running, and 100 situps a night, or everyother day if i need time to rest wich i prolly will.......so what do u think...maybe any suggestions on improving it etc.....

Boo, a protein shake for breakfast? Isnt that like the most important meal of the day.

Im sure he was planning on putting his scrammbled eggs in the blended with his whey though :D
