Hey guys, I'm training to be runningback next year on my highschool football team, and was wondering if you guys know any good training schedules I could use. The main things I need to work on are my agility and burst speed so any excersises that help with that would be really appreciated. Thanks for any advice.

try either doing hills or sprints. also try doing suicides or plyometrics. And that should help you out alot.

thanks for the help guys. I just started doing sprints again. I mainly do sprints up a big hill behind my house then I do some flat ground sprints.
