I was thinking a CKD Diet with carb load days
here is what my CKD will look like
Meal1-5am-5whole Eggs
GYM 6:45am-8ish
Meal2(Postwork) 44Gram Protein shake and peanuts or EFA
Mea3-About 2grilled Chicken Breast,Veggis,EFA
Meal4-1Cup Cottage Cheese,EFA
Meal5-2chicken breast and stir fry the veggies,EFA
Meal6-ProteSHae,EFA
saturday-8am til sunday 3pm Carbload
Saturday-Meal1-5 will be Protein/Carbs ..carbs such as oatmeal,potatoa,bread...
Sunday-Meal1-3 Protein/Carb than i start loading for KETO to get back into it for monay
WEDNESDAY/SATURDAY/SUNDAY rest days what do you think...no cardio will be done
