I searched for 'progressive greens', and didn't find anything.
I was wondering if you guys have opinions about this product/type of product. Is it a gimmicky load of B.S?, or does this have significant value?
I think I eat reasonably well, but nevertheless I am aware that I don't get enough greens in my diet, and while I'm not disputing the idea that real greens/vegetables would likely be better for your body than supplementing, I don't realistically foresee a time in the near future when I'll have adequate time to correct my diet to the degree required.
In my area this stuff costs about $1 a day. Do you think it's worth it?
edit: forgot the link...
