Hey guys. Some new pics here. Let me know what you think. I'm debating whether I should keep cutting or start bulking. Does anyone have an idea of what BF I'm at? I'm guessing 15% or so. I should probably cut until I'm down around 9-10%, then bulk.

from the side view your waist is uber small, so IMO that means eat up bro!! lookin lean and good.

I will bulk soon, once my back is recovered. When I do, I'm taking it slow, and keeping it clean. I might cut it back to a 12 week bulk and attempt to put on 24-25 lbs, maybe get up around 200 ish, then cut back to 190 in the spring/summer... that would be ideal.

yep that sounds like a solid plan, 25lbs in 3 months is no problem, comes out to like 2 lbs a week.

Gl with your plans jordan, not sure about BF percentage but you aint fat so, w.e you choose should be fine. AND STICK TO THE CLEAN DIET! :D

In case you hadn't read my new journal, I'm cutting a while longer until I'm at least sub 10%.

Here's a better pic of my quads. That bruise is from resting the barbell on my legs before starting a set of SLDL's a few weeks ago. It still hasn't gone away yet. :(

And I'm working on a tan, too...
