Love this and it makes a great lunch. Grill or broil a few chicken thighs (boneless) and chop up the meat into cubes. Boil 2 cups fusili pasta and strain with cold water. Mix chicken and pasta. Add diced purple onions, red kidney beans from the can (washed), 1 tsp ceasar dressing, 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, and mix. Great lunch food. Just had mine. :thumbup:
