i dunno but are carrots are good to eat when leaning? i mean i include some in my stir fry

this is what i was doing

some broccoli,onions sliced ,celery and 2baby carrots sliced and using 1tbsp of Stir fry sauce:) is this okay?

sauce has like 4grams of carbs per tbsp


stir fry is like pan frying cooking it like the way Chinese places do when u want chicken and broccoli and stuff like that
just i do it without all the sauces
