See me here at 193 lbs, up from the low 170s, with most of my gains coming since June. Don't plan to cut until I hit about 210-215: (Please comment on weaknesses. I know my legs need work - I just started hitting them harder recently.)

Three additional questions for everyone:

-I would love some guesses on my BF% - I haven't bought calipers yet so I'm just guessing 15%

-Considering I've gained 15+ pounds in 3 months already, how much more do you think I should bulk? I'm hoping for another 15-20 pounds in the next 4 months and may consider another 10-15 after that before cutting. Is this reasonable, or should I plan a cut before I get up to 225? I'd really like to keep my body fat from going up more than a couple more percentage points from wherever I'm at right now.

-Did you know the human head weighs 8 pounds?

In my opinion, bulk until March so you can slowly cut for the summer. You seem to be progressing well so unless it makes you feel uncomfortable, keep going.

Sweet - that's pretty much what I was thinking! It's just good to hear it from someone else. My girlfriend typically responds with something more along the lines of "Are you... insane??" :disagree:

I would keep going until you hit 200 lbs and hover until its time to get in good shape for summer. It is much easier to diet down from 14% to 7% versus 21% if you bulk too hard.

Thanks, I see what you mean by this. Rest assurred, I won't be getting anywhere near 20% BF....

When I hit 200, I plan to gain another 5-10 so long as my body fat is in check. I'd really like to be done with my cut by June, which sure is a long ways away!

Then again, I don't know what my BF% is now!

My girlfriend and her roomate say I'm perfect the way I am. I want to get stronger. Mass I don't care so much about but it comes with the strength increases. I do this for me and it's important. Nothing gets in the way.

Definite improvement! IMO you lats look like they need quite a bit of work. It might also be your posing because you are pinning your arms back and making your back look smaller.

Okay I worked on posing a bit better... and realize I still suck. I'm mainly putting this up here for a better before/after comparison for after I bulk up more/cut.

Again, nice. Elbows need to be higher, that will also help spread the lats a bit. You also shouldn't bend you arms so much.

Thanks for the comment - I knew it didn't look right still. Clearly, I'm not trying to enter the profession, but I would like to have similar pics for before/after/during my progress. I'll give it a go.

This is the way most girls are. Ya know some girlfriends try to feed their boyfriends crap so they can keep them for theirself..yes.

Anyway, just don't get into detail unless it really sparks their fire. All you have to say is you're going to stay about the same, you'll progress slow enough anyway to where they won't really freak out...if anything be impressed once it's there!! True story, it's happened.

I would say 14-16%

That would make my day... even my month! My waist is 36.5" though - that's what gets me. Again, my waist is 'flexed' in the pictures. Thanks for your input.

You've come along way, you were very small before and your starting to get bigger man. Its a nice transformation, another 20-30 pounds and you'd be a large guy!

After I'm done with my bulk, I'm going to put together a nice set of before/after pictures... I can't wait.

Am I reverse-anorexic or doesn't it seem like I should put on another 20-25 pounds before I finish this bulk? (I've put on some since the pics but only 5-10.)

I just see no reason to stop yet. My pants still fit... at least most of them. :rolleyes:
