I had a camera at the gym today and thought I'd give a very brief and very simple explanation about how bench press shirts work.

I will try to have successive parts to this so that people can see how a bench press shirt is put on and how the shirt's "groove" works.

Hope it makes sense. The video is at putfile and youtube:

Moved this fromt hemembers pics section, I think this is sticky worthy.

This way you can post the rest of the vids here.

Thanks for taking the time to do this kind of stuff.

Nice, I think the effect would be fuller if you used a shirt and had a partner there. Still very informative, I think perhaps and even bigger topic would be how to properly get on a bench shirt and just how tight some of them can acceptably be.

Thanks Paul!

WBBIRL,
Thanks for the feedback WBBIRL. I used the t-shirt so that people who don't own one could get a feel for what one is like. I'll tape another segment when my training partner comes to town and I'll show how to get the thing on.

Looking forward to it. I have always been curious about the "groove" myself.

I liked the slip up at the end:

"And that's how a bench ****... uh, shirt works"
