I've finally got around to posting some pics, so I guess I'll throw my stats before I submit them.

Age: 15
BF: Guessing 25%-ish. Getting it tested in a few months.
Weight: 199 (was 218 or so as of May 19th)
Working out: Recently stopped (school overload), starting back tommorow. Around 4 months working out.
(Inclined) DB Bench: 50 lbs (bar not counted, what little it is)
BB Bench: ~120 lbs (bar not counted, around 20 lbs)
Dead: 140 lbs (bar not counted, max weights I have)
Squat: 60 lbs (can't work on these alot, bar not counted)

My totals would be alot higher than that, but I have no spotter so I play it safe. And before you say that I need one or that I'm stupid without one; my father has severe back problems and can't lift alot of weight, my friends are weak (well, they don't work out so I assume they are), and my local gym has been closed down multiple times due to accidents in spotters and gym trainers not doing their job, so in a way, the weights in my house is probably safer.

Also a note, I don't take protein pills or anything like that.

I'm trying to lose weight and keep muscle (mainly lose fat on the arms and stomach).
