In this thread can you post a typical days diet, along with your current stats and goals, and your caloric intake.

I've been cutting recently on about 1900 cals, most days look something like this -

meal 1 - cup oats, cup milk, 30g whey

meal 2 - can tuna, 2 slice wheat bread, avocado + salad/veggies

meal 3 - chicken breast or fish, veggies

meal 4 - whey shake (normally pwo meal)

meal 5 - chicken or fish, veggies

Meals vary but thats a basic guide, I mainly just try to keep lean chicken,fish, milk, veggies and milk in the fridge or freezer, along with oats, wheat bread, brown rice, and make a meal up depending on what I feel like. I use alot of condiments like low carb dressing/sauces and low fat mayo for some flavour. Ill take fish or flax oil with some meals, and a multivitamin each day.
