Sup guys, in a few days i'm gonna be busting on down to Cornwall for my mate's week long house party. This is basically going to involve eating practically nothing bar as much protein as i can get my hands on, and lots of alchohol. I can see that this is going to impact greatly on my routine, as my diet will be rubbish and i won't have the facilities to train.

How would i go about preserving the muscle i have gained so far during this time? List of body weight exercises would be great, although it's the wrong forum for which i apologise. Will getting most of my calories per day from alchohol grow my a gut?

Pushups: 5 sets to failure with 2 min rest in between will work your chest, lats, shoulders, abs, and arms like you wouldn't believe.

Lunges, 5 sets of 30 on each side with one minute rest will rip your legs to shreds.

Pullups/chinups: if ya got a bar.

Dips: between chairs.

Crunches, leg raises.

Be safe :)

Tell me how you feel after 5 sets of 30 reps per leg. No bouncing. Use strict form.

Rememebr to rest too and get lots of protein. Milk, tuna, cottage cheese, steak, and chicken. :spam:

Have a fun but safe time. :whip:

Regarding the alchohol.... Calories are calories.. Fat is fat...

I wouldn't worry about it at a weeklong party.. Just party your ass off then come back re-motivated to get ripped.

Week long party = hangover heaven = no motivation to workout

It's a week, you'll get plenty of cals, just enjoy the time off.

Sound advice, thanks fellas. My diet will consist of protein/alchohol/masses of water, basically.
