Just a basic/simple band question...
I just got my 1st set from EliteFTS (links below)...
and I've read Eric's article on ALN:

and found great info in this WBB thread:

But wasn't sure if one should just jump right in? And start the Westside band program? Or if you should ease into a band program?
Perhaps build up over a few weeks?
Or just lower the weights enough so that you keep proper form?

When the mini bands are doubled up they will add around 90 pounds to the top of the bench press and 40 off the chest. This does depend on arm length, bench height and torso thickness.
