I'm looking to break a record at my high school on the bench or military. I have friends that use Muscle Milk and stuff like that, but I don't know anything about supplements. I would like a recommendation for a supplement to help me along.

What is your routine and diet like?

I've got a bench in my back yard, and I hit it every day. I don't eat garbage, but I'm not on a serious diet. I've got two years left of school and plenty of time to change this though. I've only lifted since February when football started.

You should start following a decent routine, which would include NOT benching every day. Do you have access to a real gym?

you hit your bench everyday? Search around the forums a little bit you should not be benching everyday. Check out some of the powerlifters routines.

I don't have a membership yet. I live close to a couple places, and I could get access pretty quick. All that they had us do in football was alternate between a day of bench and squat, and a day of military and power clean. That was all that I was ever taught.

High school gym coaches aren't usually known for their great powerlifting routines (At least at my high school they weren't, and a friend of mine's HS, and obviously the topic creator's highschool).

The big three (Squat, Bench, Deadlift) shouldn't ever be done on the same day IMO. Legs should get a day. Bench should get a day. Deadlift should get a day.

Go for a three day split. You're still probably fairly new to lifting so I'd recommend WBB1. Though I would move the deadlift from WBB1 to the arm and shoulder day.

You may change this routing in a year or two when you hit a plateau, but for now it should fit you well:
