How much calories, carbs, protein do you guys that weigh around 160 injest when bulking? Im getting at least 150g protein daily and at least 2800 calories.

Do you have an estimated bf%, and do you have a fast, average, or slow metabolism do you think?

I'd bump up the calories to around 3500, I cut on ~2800 - 3200. Can't help you witht he macros too much, PM Built.

thegame- i think im about 10% bf.


con- yeah i think its ok, but i just want to see what the other kids or anyone around 160 is getting themselves. Im not gaining to much weight actually.

Well how did you get your present macros? .5 g/pound of LBM? 1g/pound of LBM?

Well lets assum you are 10% bf(I hate you btw for that), you have 144 pounds of LBM and follow the guidlines I stated before.

Minimums(Based on info above):
77 g fat
144 g protein

Pick a goal of cals for each day and see if you gain. From there, you raise up the cals(depending on how fast or slow metabolism is) until you are gainin weight. Ive seen built go into way more detail but im lazy and i hate you remember? :D

ok well i have really fast metabolism, thats how i have gained virtually no bodyfat since february when wrestling ended. Gained mostly all muscle.
