I took this video for a little spat I was having with a goof on another site. Anyway, there are 8 45s on the bar.

Hah hah, oh my lord! That's phenominal.

(Is the Ronnie style the explosive aspect where you you use momentum to lift it? And, how do you get the bar to stay on the ground? Is it tied in the back or with some sort of lever system?)

Oh, by the way, nice iPod shuffle. Best tuck that thing in next time.

I have been staying leaner as a rule. I have even begun running after the weights! I want to be healthy and strong.

How are your hands positioned? Directly on the bar or do you use one of the v-shaped pulldown bars?

Wow, why do you waste your time? I just spend an hour browsing some threads over there. Such a horrible site, tons of people insulting each other, basically monkies throwing sh*t at each other. I'm glad I have WBB.com. :)

Watching that video (with no sound) makes it feel like I'm playing a video games, except I'm at a part in the game where I have to watch one of those amazing intermission video-things. It's too unreal.

You know what, it isn't actually. I think you are thinking of my quad and that is 90+%. I did tweak my back a bit my last deadlift session so I am not deadlifting this week. I still did the t-bars as they did not really bother my lower back and in fact it feels a lot better this morning.

Your display of strength is not suprising. You look a lot leaner though, it almost looks like you have an athletic build now. You look great!

Chris, Is there a certain cardio workout that your following?

Only in the sense that I do about 20 minutes of cardio on various machines 3x per week. I started running but it has proven to be a bit hard on my joints so I have been mixing in various cardio machines.
