I need a recipe for protein cookies that can be baked. This isn't a joke or anything, I just need the reciped because Mrs. Radue, my girlfriends mom, will be making the cookies and she's one of the best bakers I know.

how bout using an oatmeal cookie recipe, substituting all the sugar for lo carb sweetener, and the butter for flax meal.

after they're done, put natty pb on the top, and dip it in a bow of whey powder. (or spread 1 tsp of whey powder on it).

another alternative would be...

1/2 cup flax meal
1/2 cup whey
3 tsp sweetener
1 cup natty peanut butter
1 egg

(this is from the kids recipe of 1 cup sugar and 1 cup pb to make pb cookies)

roll into balls ad bake at 350 for 10-12 min?

I did this once and it wasn't bad, but they were NOT sweet enough. Next time I'll either add a cup of splenda or another cup of dextrose:

Blend with an electric mixer:
250 g dry curd cc with 250 g natural salted peanut butter and 1 level cup dextrose (I'd like them sweeter personally) and 3 extra large eggs.

Grind 100g oats to flour, blend with 150g oat flakes and a teaspoon of baking powder, half teaspoon baking soda.

Mix dry into wet, chop up about 10 dates, add them in.

Form into cookies, flatten a bit. Bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

THEY BURN EASILY!!!

Okay. I work at a grocery store and I have never had that come down my register, but I'll check into it. Thank you for the recipe. Hopefully she can make them.
