Best "time" to take Creatine on non-lifting days...?

Take it anytime that you wish. Some take half right in the AM and the other at night. Some take the whole dosage in one sitting. It's up to you.

And you should spend your money on regular creatine monohydrate + dextrose and save a wad of cash.
