hey guys,

just wondering how long creatine takes to actually 'build' your muscles to their fullest. i am going on a holiday in around 5 months and wanna be primed for it. i dont plan to start taking it for around another 2/3 months. until then i just wanna lose some weight and do a fair bit of weights.

another question, i obviously dont plan on taking it during my holiday and i would be consuming a fair bit of booze. how long before the holiday should i stop taking it? bout 1/2 weeks i would gather?

hope you can help. thanks brad.

You don't understand what creatine is. Please read ~> www.creatinemonohydrate.net

And do a search on this site. You'll find an overabundance of creatine threads.

i am well aware what creatine is. i dont see any websites that actually answer that question mate.

if you know so much why is it so difficult to answer rather than being a smart prick.

a) Practically any question about creatine has already been asked and they are repeated on nearly a daily basis.

b) Umm clearly you don't know what creatine is. It doen't "build" your muscle and why would you have to stop taking it before going on your trip?

c) That website he gave you is actually a very good reference about creatine.

d) You asked for advice and a got an answer that involved some self learning. Suck it up.

While I agree with the replies above, I figured I would answer your questions directly before closing this thread.

1) Creatine's primary purpose is to enhance athletic performance - not size.

2) It doesn't matter when you start or stop creatine.
