Hey everyone, just signed up to the forum after lurking for a few days. I've been leading a pretty inactive life so far, and finally decided to get into weight lifting. I'll be starting the WBB Routine #1 next Monday, and was wondering if my frame is ok to start with.

lookin lean carpetfluff.....youre going to have to eat a lot aswell if you want to put any sort of mass on, what are your goals?

Any frame is okay to start with. And way to much junk in that last pic...
Just remember to do the lifts correctly, lift smart (IE dont do two sessions in one day because you feel you need to) and lift heavy (after you've gotten form down).
The first 2-3 weeks should be working on doing the lifts correctly, and getting your diet dialed in. You need to be eating over your maintance calories and getting atleast 1g of protein per pound of body weight. Which at your weight will be easy, just keep at it. Results wont show up over night, you need to put in the time.

lol! sorry about that last pic guys, managed to upload the uncropped version on accident. I haven't got any specific goals yet, just aiming for a general increase in strength and size to start with. Thanks for the advice guys, dedication and time shouldn't be a problem, and I intend to lift heavy after nailing form for maximum gains as well as following the routine to the letter. Eating enough to bulk out will be strange to begin with but I'm sure I'll get used to it.

I think if you do wbb 1 and start eating a lot you will make good gains. Good luck!

Wait...you posted a picture of your Johnson on the net!? Hah hah!
I think WBB will serve you well. Do it for a few months and post pictures back. It will be cool to see how you grow.
