I was wondering if anyone knew how long Salmon lasts in the fridge, once it's cooked.

I made four 4 ounce filets and I do not want them to go to waste.

I have no idea, but you can buy starkist salmon filets that are pre-cooked and pre-packaged and I know those have a really long shelf life.

Wrap them tight in aluminum foil or throw them in Ziploc bags and they'll last 2-3 days. Any more than that and it might not be real tasty.

You could try freezing them if you wanted to save them for a while.

Concur with the 2-3 days.

If you buy the packaged smoked salmon, it stays good a little longer (and goes freaking great inside an omelete).
