I know it's not the same pose but I feel like I've wasted the whole summer since I tore cartiledge in my knee and was off from lifting from June - August.

yea man - you stomach just below the chest has less on it. Plus you lost some hair off your chin. lol

I know. I don't really see it either but I did lose 15lbs.

Just kiddin'. Keep your chin up you really are doing great man. I mean, you save that picture now and look at it again in six months, and again, and again and you will be amazed. You already look better from your first one. You will be so ripped once you hit a lower body fat and you won't even need to bulk.

Keep up the good work, really. I want to see some more pictures later.

Yep, can see a big difference. Keep your chin up bud and keep working out... Sometimes 15 pounds can be an even bigger difference if you continue... Don't give up, because it only takes time, something most of us have anyway :D

Yep, shows most in your upper abdomen.
