I do my weights in the morning before work at whatever gym is close to wherever I am working.
The current work location has a Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Toaster and hot water.
What should I do to get some protein into me at breakfast?

Just about anything. Hardboiled eggs, oatmeal, PB sandwiches and a BIG glass of milk.

Whats PB ? (excuse my ignorance, probably a blond moment).
The shop seems to have enough protein powder brands and options to sink a ship. What should I be looking for? Also can I mix the shake by hand, or should I buy a cheap blender for work?

make a protein pancake! My fav food on the go.
instant oat meal 1 cup
1 scoop of whey protein

The last month has been my introduction to protein suppliments, previously I focused only on protein rich foods and I have to say, thats its gone quite well. Mix up some protien with some milk and add it to a cerial. All too easy.

I'm with the shake idea - I could never stomach pounding down a full meal at breakfast time (something about chewing up all that food in the morning makes me feel fuller than I am or something?) but a shake, mmmmm, what a great way to start the day. I second Getfit's recommendation - protein shake + oats, but I would add PB/banana to it, too. :drooling:
