Hey all, anyone workout in the morning?
I have a few questions b/c im changing my workout routines to early inthe morning as opposed to the afternoon.
I'm starting to wake up at 5:45AM to hit the gym by 6ish (opening time)
What do you guys recommend to eat (very small) as soon as I wake up before I hit the gym? I can't hit a large meal b/c I must go right after. When I come back from the gym at around 7-7:15, I have a protein shake and my breakfast.
Is anyone else stuck in the same scenario as me?
Do you all think it's ok to just hit a protein shake before going to the gym and then eat when I get back?
Second question is, what do you guys eat in the morning? Most of the week i'll just hit up about 3 eggs and toast plus some fruit. Anyting wrong with the above breakfast? What else do you all recommend? I heard oatmeal..do you guys buy like an oatmeal cereal??
