Is it better to eat smaller meals but more often, or large meals less often?

Should you eat just before you go to bed? I am actually trying to get thinner.

Sorry if these questions have been asked before.

Whatever makes you feel better. Alot of people have good luck with smaller meals. Others cut better on fewer larger meals.

Nothing wrong with eating before bed, in fact it is good to perserve muscle.

Think of the big goal, and overall picture. Total calories at the end of the day/week is what matters.

I say eat at least 4 meals a day.

I also say eat whatever at bedtime. Your metabolism slows down BUT you don't eat for that whole time you're sleeping. In my case 8-9 hours without a meal!

Find what works for you. Amount of meals really dosen't matter at all, total cals do.
