is there any such thing as good juice?

i hear to stay away from juice?

but if its freshly squeezed or something, can it really be that bad?

is florida's natural real squeezed oranges?

Yes stay away from juice, all the sugar no fiber.

I guess a few glasses of OJ that you squeezed would be alright. BUT dont waste your money on juice.

just eat an orange. a typical glass of juice has as much sugar as the same serving size of soda.

and yeah, you miss out on the fiber, and it won't be very filling.

I agree with the guys posting & Built as she has pointed this out several times.

The only time I see it of benefit is if you are juicing veggies and possibly some fruits you wouldn't normally care to eat. That way you are giving yourself a broad spectrum of phytonutrients.

Berry juices aren't so bad, as long as they only contain berry juice. Many 'berry' juices are cut with apple or grape juices, which jacks their sugar content way up, so you have to read the label to exclude these. I top off my teas with about 2-4 oz of organic blueberry juice. Gives it an awesome aroma, and takes the bitter edge off of the tea (depending on which type I'm drinking).
