Hey everybody.

Haven't posted here in a while,

I started bulking around this time last year, and put on around 20-25 pounds in a few months and have stayed around that weight for a while, a lot of that has to do with not working out much in the middle months and playing a lot of rugby, but now I've been hitting the gym harder and I expect to put on even more weight soon.

Just thought I'd snap one of my back as my deads are rapidly increasing in weight,

constructive criticism and comments would be great, any prevalent weaknesses?

i'm 17. a little over 160

Traps and rhomboids didn't really change, but you definitely added lower back mass and tota back width. Arms look a lot bigger, too.

Yeah, my thoughts exactly. Your spineractos (is this even a word?) looks great! Upper back is still solid, but it's a little hard to tell because you had a tan and then didn't...

I can tell a difference in your spinal erectors, lats, and delts, for sure. Nice work for only a few months! Good weight gain, too, with not much fat gain.

Your back has improved some in total mass. Your arms look like they've gained some mass as well.
