Hey everybody.
Haven't posted here in a while,
I started bulking around this time last year, and put on around 20-25 pounds in a few months and have stayed around that weight for a while, a lot of that has to do with not working out much in the middle months and playing a lot of rugby, but now I've been hitting the gym harder and I expect to put on even more weight soon.
Just thought I'd snap one of my back as my deads are rapidly increasing in weight,
constructive criticism and comments would be great, any prevalent weaknesses?
i'm 17. a little over 160
