If you want to lose fat off your face, lose more weight. Heavy lifting + caloric deficit will get you there. That supp isn't going to help get rid of the fat on your face.

I'm not sure of a specific site, but google some of Lyle Macdonald's writings. In his book UD2.0 he covers a little about topical yohimbe and how it should be used.

In a nutshell, it seems to help liberate fatty acids from adipose tissue by inhibiting alpha-2 receptors in the fat cell. In turn, more fatty acids are available in the blood stream to eventually be oxidized ("burned" for energy)

However, you definitely need to be about 20% below maintenance on your diet, and carbohydrates muct be significantly lower.

Lyle mentions that supplements in the past have included yohimbe bark or yohimbe HCL, but the effects are limited b/c of poor blood flow to fat cells.

Assuming you have a perfect cutting diet and meet the qualifications above, rubbing some on your face before cardio or weights might do something. Back in my "try every supplement out there days" I used some and I definitely lost water temporaily. Can't be sure about anything else though.

Your 15. You shouldn't be using any supplements besides maybe some flintstone vitamins.

I disagree, but then again I have used it and it has worked for me.

I am just curious why you think its a waste of money?

elzi volk, duchaine, lyle and others have written extensively about the A2 receptor and its influence on stubborn fat pockets.

a quick google turned these up:

I also think that its wrong to exclude people because of their youth, supplements can benefit anyone at any age. Yes they tend to be more effective for older people, but if you are younger and have certain issues or metabolic problems you will benefit as much or more than older people without them.

that just my opinion
