Hey guys.
Just a few quick questions.

1 - Just wondering can you mix cottage cheese and milk in a blender and drink it that way instead of having them seperatly ??

Also

2 - Since Ricotta Cheese is Whey and Cottage Cheese is Casien can you put them both in a blender with milk ?

Cheers

No, when any type of cheese is mixed with milk it causes your to gain 80lbs of fat and your head to explode.

Of course it is fine.

Almost every night before bed I make a shake with 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup skim milk, 1 tbsp PB, 1 scoop vanilla whey, 1/4-1/2 packet of sugar free, fat free vanilla pudding mix, 6-8 ice cubes. It's yummy.

You don't even taste the cottage cheese, it tastes like a vanilla/PB milkshake.

My best shakes EVER were made with cottage cheese.

I have used various combos of; no fat frozen yougurt, juice, jam, regular yougurt and allways milk.

When on a really discipined cut it is my salvation. That and I can't eat it.
