I think i hurt my ankle doing calve raises. I was doing calve raises with like 2 30pd dumb bells then thought this seems alittle to easy so got the barbell out and kept going up and up till i hit 160 pounds 4 sets of 10 reps... Now my right ankle hurts like a mofo and has for the past week.
Should i stay clear of them till the pain goes away or go light?
