How do you post pictures on here. Wanting to post some before picts. I'm starting my better eating habits and lifting Monday.

sign up for a free accoutn on www.photobucket.com and then insert the IMG code they give u into the replies etc.

imageshack.us is good aswell, and you dont have to sign up

or u could just click "go advanced" when u reply and then choose "manage attachments"
