hey guys...

just wondering, what is the best supp for recovery? i have heard L-glutamine is the best for recovery and would probably allow you to workout in blocks of 4 days... ie lift, lift, lift, rest day.

hope you can help.

Glutamine is worthless. You shouldn't lift 4 days in a row. You should have at least a day break in between workouts, IMO. If your diet is in check and your are sleeping well, that in itself will help aid greatly in recovery. To ward off soreness, AtLarge's ETS is good from what I've heard ~> http://atlargenutrition.com/nutrition_detail.php?products_id=5

What's your diet like? Your routine? How long have you been lifting? What are your stats?

The best thing for recovery is dedicating yourself to a structured diet.

To do this you need to know:

Total Calories/day

Total Grams Of Protein/Day
Total Grams Of Carbs/Day
Total Grams Of Fats/Day

Figure that out. Dedicate youreslf to it, and sit back and watch yourself grow.

Make sure your eating enough to support your efforts in the gym. It'll boil down to your eating habits that will support recovery and growth, no pill or other supp will make up for it.
