Is that Supplement Direct Whey Protein any good? and should I buy that or the isolate?

its probably the cheapest whey mankind can make.
i stick to Nitrean and Optimum Nutrition...inexpensive and high quality.

trueprotein.com and proteinfactory.com aren't bad either for unflavored protein of a better quality.
