So i'm trying to lose weight because i have alot of fat on me.(304 lbs) I think my lean body mass is 192 lbs. Let's just round it up to 200 to start me off with this math.
I need .5 grams of fat per pound of LBM. so that's 100 grams. Which is 900 calories.
I need at least 1 gram of protein per pound of LBM. So that's 800 calories.
I HEAR that I need like 2 grams of carbs per pound of LBM. If this is true I will need 1600 calories of that.
That puts me at 3300 calories.
Should I do that or am I wrong with this stuff.
Of course I'm lifting weights and am doing my cardio as well.
Thanks for the feedback
