I currently got a job at Walmart(Part time, good money for a 17 year old) and was wondering what stuff I should get.
I need another round of protein, I'm looking at 100% Whey Protein. I've had it before and it worked well. Here is what I want, if there are things for it:
Strength increase, size increase, energy increase(Pills or powder), testosterone boosters(Pills), cafeine powder(Optional, I'm not sure if I want to get on it or not.)
I'm thinking about going on creatine again, although it didn't do anything for me when I started "Hyper Growth." What is the purpose of creatine, why do people take it? And should I at 169.5lbs(If it makes a difference)?
