I'm looking into starting an EC stack and am currently on birth control. I did a search and saw that Bronkaid has ephedrine in it and you can get it at drug stores. My question is does any one know if the ephedrine and birth control would react badly together? Reduce the effectiveness of BC or increase chance of clotting?

Thanks!

Unless ephedrine somehow messes with your endocrine cycle or SHGB i don't see how it could.

But ona side note, for some people ephedrine causes a lack of horniness.. So that might be your BC right there ...

I think you need to ask a doctor. It would depend on the type of BC if there was any effect at all. I know it doesn't effect my perferred method.

Tough question, honestly. I think the best thing is to avoid it. Ephedrine is a powerfull drug with well documented side effects.

I recommend this:

BTW 28% is not bad for a female. I worked with a young lady at nutrition house that got down to 20% and she didn't have a stitch of fat on her.

Lifting is the answer for women.

If you're trying to lean out, you may wish to choose another form of birth control than hormonal - estrogen makes it kinda tough under the best of circumstances.

Oh, and Ephedrine HCL is one of the safest drugs out there, if used responsibly. Please google drulib for more on this.

a bit off topic......

Bronkaid has not only Ephedrine but it has 200 mg of Guaifenesin with it (helps you breathe better).. and I read somewhere that its pretty much impossible to OD on bronkaid because if you were to take 2-3 bronkaids at the same time the guaifenesin would cause you do puke them out.. is there truth to this?

Built: I searched drulib, and pretty much got nothing but a reference to drumlib. Is that what I was supposed to find?
