I really appreciate the support from all of you here in journal land, it means a lot and its what keeps me coming back.. A litte update i guess as to what I have been up to.. Well ive been working 2 jobs trying to save up for a house, trying to still be a role model for my 2 nephews and my lil bro. Being their coach in the many youth sports they play at the YMCA.... I have still been keeping active but I have not been consistent enough to make any substantial gains in anything but that is all changing now that getting stable again.. sooo here I am and here is where I belong..

I warm it up for like 10 mins before even touching the big weights and it still gets to me.. Thats the reason I only do dbs now, casue flat hurts too much.. anyways im off to bed I got work earyl and UFC at night :D

Get well. I think I made the mistake of hitting the gym too hard too fast after my bike crash this weekend, and now I feel like I got raped by an 800lb gorilla.

eh so so night i guess, at least i had no shoulder pain on flat bb bench which is a good sign.. Maybe now I can start going heavy again on those, I really miss being a bench jockey.. oh yeah diet was spot on these last 2 days and it makes a huge difference in my performance.
Nice chest and delt work, stepping on with it regardless.

Nice session Franco. Don't rush the chest work too much. Make sure that shoulder is good to go.
Nice chest session.
Cissus is a root, Indian in origin. A bunch of studies show it to be an antagonist to the glucocorticoid receptor (read cortisol), it has been linked to bone health and a lot of the feedback on it is excellent in regards to improving joint and tendon issues. The primary company that makes it is USP Labs, you can also get the powder form from 1fast400 and mix it with other powders or just cap it yourself. The USP stuff is generally around 20-22 a bottle on the net.
Enough detail?

Nice workout, especially with no shoulder pain:thumbup: If you are already suffering from bad shoulders though, is it wise to train delts in the same workout as chest?

How much are you willing to pay?
Even after taking that time off you still are moving some good weight around.
Mase, I hate to say something so cliche, but you really are inspiring.
I hope your luck takes a major turn for the better from here on in.
