I just decided to randomly track my food intake today on fitday.

this is what i got:

Calories: 4380
Fat: 169g
Carbs: 455
Protein: 229

I'm bulking, and currently 185.5lbs

Looks like the bases are covered.

How is the weigh gain coming on this bulk?

.9g of fat per pound of total body weight...too high even for bulking IMO.
total calories seem high even for a bulk, but I have no clue how lean you are.

In my experience when you have a fairly light athlete eating a large amount of calories at lesat one macro seems out of wack.

It's not like there is a downside to having fat that high.

Its comming insane, probably my fastest bulk, and i'm eating very clean as always. I basically have gone from 178-186 in under 5 weeks. I'm pretty pumped to hit 190.

any idea how much weight gained has been muscle vs. fat?

.4-.5g of fat per pound of lean mass is the typical amount you need to get 'plenty' of fat.

bulking usually means .5g fat and more carbs...bump protein up a little too. not double the fat intake of normal.

but that's my opinion.
