i started my diet one month ago.i weighed 210# and now i'm down to 195#.i'm averaging 4# loss a week.in some of my previous posts people had criticized my cutting calories 1000-1500 below maintenence but muscle loss has been minimal.i've always bulked and never had any luck cutting so i'm excited about my progress.something i was wondering about is since i rarely use creatine if it would create a monster pump if i took in creatine on my carb up.i know my muscles soak up glycogen like a sponge when i carb up and creatine supports intracellular hydration.anyone tried this??anyway my goal bodyweight is 185# only 10# to go then i'll post my before and after photos.
