Well this topic is for my gf. She works full time and doesn't have access to a fridge while at work. What are some good snack foods she can bring with her?

Think school lunches for kids. None of them use a fridge.

Bring sandwiches, granola bars, nuts, trail mix, crackers, yogurt... I bring left over pasta with me to school all the time.. It's not going to go bad if you take it out of the fridge at 8 and microvave it at noon.

I see lots of threads on this and I'm not sure where people get lost. Brown bagging it is no biggie. Sandwiches, precooked anything (steak, chicken, etc, just eat it cold), hardboiled eggs, lowfat string cheese, fruit, nuts, ziploc bag of a decent cereal, peanut butter and apples........
