Hello. A friend of mine was telling me to take Novedex and Size On to add size and strenght. Can anyone tell me what these two things would do and if its recomended. He aslo told me that the Novedex was a test booster. Is this correct?

Stay away from test boosters. Calories + heavy lifting + sufficient rest = size and strength. You don't need to take that garbage. And Size On is overpriced crap. It's just creatine, zinc, and vitamin C for like...80 bucks.

What's your diet look like? Your training routine? What are your goals? Oh and stop listening to your friend regarding supplements. There is an overabundance of knowledge on this site for FREE that will help you achieve your goals.

To the OP: (I think) it's a play on the word Nolvadex, a drug some people use during post-cycle therapy from a steroid cycle -- which to me shows the name of the product you talked about is a clever/tricky marketing idea
