Ok so long story short I have recently started my bulking cycle but the problem is that I have been doing too much eating and not enough lifting. I am well aware that you do put on fat on a bulk but i've put on way too much for just starting. I was wondering if it is healthy/efficient/in the best interest of my goals to just take a quick 1 month cut to lean out a little bit and get started on the right foot again with my bulk? Questions, comments, ideas all welcome thanks guys

I have been lifting hardcore lately but the fact is that I just put on too much fat too quick by the mistake of slacking. I made a mistake but I'm making up for it. I just don't want to start off on the wrong foot.

see I'm not really sure how to get an acurate estimate of that so my best guess would be like 15 + ?
