Day 1: September 15, 2006 (My First Workout)
Today was my first day using my weightset I was really excited for it, this is what I did.

155x8, 175x8

S/L Deadlift: 135x6, 145x8
Note: The reason my second set was more weight with more reps is because I was trying to get use to weight and did a couple reps on to high of a weight then rushed into first set.

Leg Curls: 80x9, 95x5

Leg Extensions: 120x13, 140x9

Standing Calve Raises: 45x10, 45x10, 45x10.
Note: I did not really feel a burn while doing these. I think I may of been using to much weight so I was getting full extension for my calves. I think calves are more of a high rep muscle (agree?)

This was my first workout it was really more about finding good weight for each exersise to start at. I think I got a decent start. I have decided that next time I am going to do 3 sets just because I enjoy working out so I want more stuff to do.

Today I took 2 creatine teaspoons (10g) I believe. I have been thinking about
starting a diet called the Seafood Diet. I SEA FOOD I eat it (only good stuff.)

In the morning I weighed 170.5. My goal is to be a solid 185 my Christmas. Being new to weight lifting I don't know if that is to easy of a goal or not realistic.
