Just wondering what you have post workout and preworkout when leaning............ should u still consume carbs throughout the day such as only veggies?

Some sort of protein at least an hour (or more) before
Biotest MD6 30 min before
Whey, dextrose, malto, creatine within an hour afterwards.
I still go for the insulin boost after workout but I watch my carbs for every meal before and after pre and post wrkt

I go with 2 Xenadrine or 1 Adipokinetix + 15 mg. ephedra PREworkout. And then POSTworkout I end up having 2 scoops of whey protein, 5g creatine + 5g glutamine peptides.. flax seed oil and peanut butter... then I have around 250 mg. Aminogen to help with absorption of protein. I am going to maybe add some BCAAs.

Why not more carbs, monstar?
I'm currently using 6 scoops of tang and one scoop of designer, to let the creatine clear from my body. In 2 months or so, I'll replace the tang with some celltech.

Lately i've noticed better in-gym performance from eating no carbs before training. I eat a chicken breast and a whole egg and satiate myself with some green veg. I'm not sure why this is the case but i'm not gonna stop it now. It may just be from lower carbs in general of course...

1 slice of bread
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup milk
2 cups juice
2 servings protein(44grams)
this is what i started to do
at first i started to just consume protein shake 1hr or so before
but i noticed i was begining to feel flat in the workouts and possibly losing muscle so i decided to fix it up and make the rest of the day just veggies such as broccoli and pepper stir fry
preworkout -1/3oatbran and protein shake
postworkout -gatorade and 44gram protein shake
syntekz and chicken daddy your leaning also rite? hows it progressing?

I usually work out in the morning so:
Upon waking up/pre-workout:
1 slice 100% wheat bread with 1 T. PB
8 oz. orange juice
1 cup bran cereal
1/2 c. milk
8 oz. orange juice
1 c. oatmeal + 2 T. PB +Splenda
pumperknickel bagel + 2 T. PB
4 egg whites + 1 whole egg
2 slices 100% ww bread
low sugar jam
These are the things that I've found work for me in terms of energy for workout/recovery post-workout. I just rotate them so I don't get sick of having the same thing every day.

I usually don't have a pre-workout meal. My last meal before training is usually 1-2 hours before I train. Postworkout is:
Met-rx Ultra vanilla mrp
20oz skim milk
3 egg whites
Pre workout 1/2litre of chocholate milk
Post 1/2litre of chocholat milk and can of chicken

pre - whey/casein with heavy cream. + some green tea + 1g C + 400iu E
post - whey with flax + 1g C + 400 iu E

It depends on my diet, but right now I am doing isocaloric so I have 50g carbs preworkout, 50g carbs and 20g protein postworkout.

jesus christ MonStar, 2 xenadrine + more ephedra, why not just smoke some crack? how much money do you spend on supplements a month??
